All is Quiet

I know it seems like it has been forever since I have last posted, but all has been fairly quiet in the world of the Pens. The last major announcement was that of Therrien's 3 year deal and that almost all of the season ticketholders renewed their tickets. That is really it. As the off-season excitent dwindles post draft and UFA day, there is less to discuss in the world of the NHL. Next season is shaping up to be one of promise with the way we finished. I know that the players we lost are of a large concern to everyone, but I do think that Shero and his staff are doing a great job of filling the gaps or at least it looks like that on paper. Only time will tell how the chemstry works. This is the hardest part. The wait...

Jagr in talks with Pens? Yeah, that is what is being said. The suposed talks are said to be "on hold" until after the Hossa decision. I cannot fathom Jagr coming back to the burgh, but this is from more sources than I want to admit. My biggest fear is that it could actually happen.
